§1 Participation in seminar modules and conferences

By their registration, participants declare that they agree to be bound by our general terms and conditions.

Our seminar modules and training events are open to all interested persons. AiNT GmbH assumes no liability for the content of presentations by external lecturers. Upon receipt of an application to attend an AiNT GmbH event via the online registration form on our official websites (www.nuclear-training.de and www.icond.de), via e-mail, via fax or in writing, you will first receive a confirmation by email that your registration form has been received. Shortly thereafter, a written confirmation of your registration will be sent to the business or private address indicated in your application, together with our invoice. The participation fee is payable after receipt with no deductions. The due date for payment will be indicated on the invoice. Please transfer the amount indicated on the invoice, quoting the invoice number, only after you have received the invoice. A correction of the invoice can only be made against a processing fee of € 25,- per invoice.

Applications are processed and confirmed in the order in which they are received with. The information needed for registration and to ensure that the seminar is conducted in good order is collected and processed electronically (§ 33 BDSG, German Data Protection Act). The data is not intended to be circulated and may only be used with respect to the data protection regulations and in exceptional cases, such as for the use of an attendance list.

We are obliged to ensure traceability according to § 2a of the Corona Protection Ordinance of the State NRW. For this purpose, the private address and telephone number of the participants must be recorded for the events, This data must be kept internally for four weeks and made available to the responsible authorities in the event of a SARS-CoV-2 infection. At the end of this period, the data will be deleted/destroyed.

Payment of the participation fee entitles the participant to receive the event-related documentation. Participation fees normally cover the cost of lunch at or in the vicinity of the event location as well as refreshments during breaks, including cold and hot beverages. Changes to this standard arrangement for individual events will be announced on the website. The finalised seminar agenda will be posted on the website for review by course participants not later than two weeks before the start of the course.

§2 Disclaimer

If the registration is withdrawn by the participant the following cancellation conditions apply and a payment of the cancellation fee has to be made accordingly.

  1. up to and including 42 days before the event starts: 0%
  2. up to and including 35 days before the event starts: 50%
  3. from and including 34 days before the event starts: 100%

Notice of withdrawal from participation must be received in writing. We will also charge the full cost of participation if the participant fails to attend or discontinues attendance early. The date of receipt of the notification of withdrawal at the business address of AiNT GmbH is decisive. A substitute participant may be named without incurring any costs until one day before the event begins. Identification of the substitute participant must be made in writing.

§3 Completion of a seminar module and certificate of attendance

Each participant will receive a certificate of attendance upon successful conclusion of a seminar module (and following receipt of the participation fee).

The following are essential for the successful completion of a seminar module: regular attendance of the instruction units scheduled in the programme - i.e., the participant must not be absent for more than 20% of the classes.

Authorization to use a certificate of attendance issued by AiNT GmbH shall apply solely to the individual identified by name on the certificate and for the modules listed on the certificate. The certificate must only be used in the form in which it is issued by AiNT GmbH. Parts or excerpts therefrom must not be used. The participant is not entitled to make any changes to the certificate. The certificate must not be used in a manner intended to deceive. If any of these conditions are violated, AiNT GmbH may prohibit further use of the certificate.

§4 Changes to the program agenda/ Cancellation of the event

The organizers reserve the right to change the roster of presenters and/or make scheduling or other changes to the program agenda. If an event has to be cancelled for reasons attributable to AiNT GmbH, only participation fees that have already been paid will be refunded. All further claims are excluded. If the event has to be canceled due to force majeure or by order of the authorities, the participation fee is due for payment in full.

§5 Booking of exhibitions space at conferences and events

At some of the events and conference it is possible to book an exhibition space. By their registration, participants declare that they agree to be bound by our general terms and conditions.

Applications are processed and confirmed in the order in which they are received with the aid of an address file. The information needed for registration and to ensure that the seminar is conducted in good order is collected and processed electronically (§33 BDSG, German Data Protection Act). The data is not intended to be circulated and may only be used with respect to the data protection regulations and in exceptional cases, such as for the use of an attendance list.

The booking for an exhibition space at an event conducted by AiNT GmbH has to be made in writing via the online registration form on our official website (www.nuclear-training.de and www.icond.de), via e-mail, or via fax. You will first receive confirmation by email that your registration form has been received. Shortly thereafter, a written confirmation of your registration will be sent to the business or private address indicated in your application, together with our invoice. 50% percent of the booking fee is payable 3 months before the start of the event. The rest of the payment has to be made 4 weeks before the event with no deductions. The due date for payment will be indicated on the invoice. Please transfer the amount indicated on the invoice, quoting the invoice number, only after you have received the invoice. The exhibitor has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of sending the binding registration.

§5.1 Admission to the exhibition

The decision on the admission to the exhibition and the permission of the exhibited articles is taken by the AiNT GmbH. There is no legal entitlement to the admission. The AiNT GmbH is entitled to exclude any unlicensed and non-eligible exhibited articles from the exhibition. Competitive exclusion cannot be claimed. The fee includes the rental of the exhibition space for the time of the exhibition as well as during the set-up time. The allocation of the space is carried out by AiNT GmbH considering the wishes of the exhibitor, the respective focus of the event, the local terms and specific content. The time of the registration and booking is not considered as a priority. On request of AiNT GmbH all set-ups of exhibition stands that are not approved have to be altered or removed. With the removal and closure of an exhibition stand all claims on a restitution of the exhibition fee are excluded.

§5.2 Liability for furniture

The exhibitor is fully liable for lost or damaged rental objects. The liability begins with the takeover of the leased goods by the exhibitor and ends with the return by the AiNT GmbH or the operator of the venue. Rental items are not insured during the rental period by AiNT GmbH.

§5.3 Cancellation of the event

In case of an unexpected occurrence, which renders the execution of the event as impossible and the organizer is not accountable for (e.g. force majeure), the organizer is entitled to cancel the event before the opening or to make changes to the agenda. If the event has to be cancelled due to force majeure or regulatory action the exhibition fee and all caused costs have to be paid in total by the exhibitor.

§5.4 Disclaimer and cancellation conditions

The application for a withdrawal from the contract needs a declaration of consent by the AiNT GmbH. In case of withdrawal from the contract the following cancellation conditions apply for the exhibitor and a payment of the cancellation fee booking fee has to be made accordingly.

  1. up to 3 months before the event: 50%
  2. later cancellations: 100%

Notice of withdrawal from the contract for exhibitors must be received in writing within the set period. A short-term withdrawal from the contract within two weeks before the event starts is impossible.

§6 Severability Clause

If individual parts of the above provisions should be or become invalid, the validity of the other provisions shall be unaffected thereby. The invalid conditions will be replaced with provisions that most closely reflect the financial intent of the contract and assure the reasonable protection of the parties' mutual interests.
